The 3rd INFOM International Seminar & Workshop 2023 in Japan

INFOM will hold its 3rd international seminar in October 2023 in English. This is an original workshop targeted to qualified clinicians to become certified physicians of forest medicine. The INFOM international certificate of completion will be handed to the doctors who complete this course.
This seminar is not just for doctors, but any participants who are interested in Shinrin-Yoku. The INFOM Seminar certificate of completion for non-doctors is also available on a chargeable basis.

Participants who have obtained a certificate at this seminar can conditionally apply to establish an INFOM chapter in their own country.

Maximum number of participants 70 people
Doctors, Ayurveda Physicians and Chinese medicine doctors who would like to be qualified as INFOM-certified doctors.
Participants who are not doctors will be issued a certificate of completion as well.

Participation fee ¥ 170,000 (Japanese Yen) (Tax included)
This is the price for a twin room. A single room or one person staying in a twin room will be ¥189,000.
The fee includes the following:
1. Accommodation, transportation expenses, travel insurance and meals for participants.
2. Conference room fees
3. The membership fee of INFOM (6,000 Japanese Yen)
For those who have already paid the membership fee (6,000 Japanese Yen) for this year, the annual membership fee will be subtracted.
4. INFOM international forest medicine doctor certificate issuance fee 30,000 yen
In the case of a doctor who already holds a certificate, the issuance fee will be subtracted from the total cost.
For participants other than doctors who already hold certificates, the issuance fee will also be subtracted.

A Forest Medicine Specialist, an interpreter, a guide and a forest therapist at each forest therapy base will accompany.
Participation fee: ¥ 203,000 Japanese yen (additional charge of ¥ 44,900 yen for 1 person using 1 room) (tax included).
The following fees are included in the participation fee (tax included).
1.Charter bus and ropeway/cable car, entrance fees, and accommodations
2.Meals: 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 2 dinners, insurance fee
3.Forest medicine specialist, interpreter, guides, forest therapy guides

Cancellation policy

After the contract for the seminar & workshop and forest bathing tour, if the contract is canceled, the following cancellation fee will be charged.
1. Participation for seminar & workshop will start on October 13th.
2. Participation for the forest bathing tour will start on October 15th.
